More than a decade of data and research shows that exposing kids to fun, exciting FIRST programs builds 21st century work skills and greatly increases their motivation to seek education and careers in STEM fields. FIRST believes STEM is for everyone and all youth can benefit from its impact.
Our team has created these guides to help you learn more about FIRST and the FLL & FTC Levels. Two of our veteran team members started in FIRST at the Lego League level. Participation in FIRST has had such a positive impact on their lives, it has become a team goal to see more teams established to give kids access to the amazing programs FIRST has to offer. FIRST helps students understand the basics of STEM and apply their skills in an exciting way that builds habits of learning, confidence, and teamwork skills.
